This folder contains a complete set of Macintosh Technical Q&A's in HTML format.
Use this set, current as of April 15, 1996, rather than any previous set you may already have. The information here is the most recent and up to date.
These Technical Q&A's have been written by Apple Developer Technical Support (DTS) engineers.
The Numbering System
The Q&A's are subdivided into categories labelled by topic area, and are numbered within those categories. Here is a list of the categories, the shortened form for each used in the numbering system, and the primary document for each category:
How To Navigate
We suggest you begin by dragging and dropping the file Main.html onto Netscape 2.0 (or your Web browser of choice). This document includes navigational links to each category folder, so you can browse this material easily and conveniently.
If you have a specific search in mind, you may wish to open the folder of the category you are interested in, and drag and drop that category's primary document onto Netscape (or your Web browser).
Limitations of Reading Files Locally
• Because this folder is included on Apple's dev.info.apple.com server, there are some links which will not be active here, such as links to any Technote, or any technology Web site (e.g., the QuickTime VR home page).
• Some server-wide graphics will also not be available.
